Red garnets are wired together to resemble a bunch of grapes, ripe and luscious and ready to pick and pop in your mouth. The leave next to the grapes is made of Italian wire mesh over a leaf-shaped frame. And the combination is set in a 14k gold filled frame looking a lot like a 3D picture - except for that one grape at the bottom trying to escape the frame.
